• Job seekers: name, email, phone, location, headline, work experience, skills and any résumé or documents you upload.
• Employers: company name and details, and the name, email and phone of the person submitting a listing.
• Applications & messages: the content of job applications, cover notes and contact-form messages you send through the Site.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches run, links clicked, and basic device, browser and approximate location information, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To operate the job board — display listings, run searches, process applications and send the job alerts you asked for.
• To share your application, including your résumé, with the employer for the specific job you applied to.
• To review employer listings before they go live and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To measure and improve the Site, and to respond to your enquiries.

3. Legal bases

We process your information to perform our service to you, with your consent (for example job alerts and optional cookies), to comply with law, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing a job board.

• With employers — only the applications and profile data you submit to their listings.

• Where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• We do not sell your personal data. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be published.

5. Third-party and aggregated listings

Some listings are aggregated from third-party job feeds and link to external sites, each with its own privacy practices we do not control. Applying on an external site is subject to that site’s policy, not this one.
