Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jobs.nicewebtech.com (the “Site”), a job board operated by Nice Web Technologies, New Delhi, India (“Delhi Jobs”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. The service

Delhi Jobs is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship, interview, offer or contract that results from using the Site. We do not guarantee that any job listing is accurate, that any employer will respond, or that any applicant is suitable. Verify the other party independently before acting.

3. Job seekers

• Provide accurate, current information in your profile and applications.
• You keep ownership of your résumé and profile content; you grant us a licence to host it and share it with employers you apply to and, where relevant, to display it in search results.
• Do not apply to jobs on behalf of anyone else or misrepresent your identity, experience or qualifications.

4. Employers

• Listings must be for genuine, currently open positions and must comply with applicable labour and equal-opportunity laws.
• Listings must not require payment from candidates, promote multi-level-marketing or “registration fee” schemes, or contain misleading pay or role information.
• We review listings before they go live and may edit, reject, unpublish or remove any listing, and may suspend any employer account, at our discretion.
• Use candidate data only to evaluate the candidate for the role they applied to, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Paid features, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or infringing content;
• scrape, crawl, copy or harvest listings, profiles or contact data except as expressly permitted;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Site;
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited marketing;
• impersonate any person or organisation.

6. Third-party and aggregated listings

Some listings are aggregated from third-party job feeds and link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, application process or privacy practices of those sites. They are provided for convenience only.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, logos and software are owned by Nice Web Technologies and protected by law. You may not use our branding without written permission. Content you submit remains yours, subject to the licence in section 3 / 4.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nice Web Technologies and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, employment or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Nice Web Technologies against claims, damages and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close your account, or withdraw the Site, at any time — including for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
